I just signed up but my password is not working
The very first thing to do if you just signed up but the password is not working... clear your browser's cache. If the protected web page is being loaded out of your browser's stored cache of web pages your login and password will not work. If you do not know how to clear your browser's cache, you can first try to delete your history or close the browser and restart it. If after clearing your cache you STILL cannot log into the members area it may be that I have simply not added you to the list of authenticated users yet... read on...
Due to an incompatibility with the web authoring software, I must add each user by hand. I do this at the first opportunity that I have without exception. If you just signed up it could take a few hours before I am able to add you to the user list and get your password set up. There could be times when I am traveling in which it could take up to 10-12 hours before I can get to this step. Rest assured, you will get your full term that you sign up for. Please be patient.
I have signed up but forgot my password
First, remember that passwords are case sensitive. PassWord is not the same as pAsSwOrD.
The first place to go to retrieve a lost or forgotten login and password is your PayPal account. Log into your PayPal account and look for your history of payments. You should see an entry for a Recurring Payment to J. R. Creative, Inc. Click the details link and that should show the username and password that you chose when you first signed up.
If you cannot find it on PayPal, please email me at support@SP500Chart.com. You need to provide two of the following in order to get your password back:
The email address you used when you signed up
Your username
Your password
The PayPal transaction ID
I will get your login credentials to you as soon as I can. Again, I am administering everything by hand at this point. Don't panic. It will get done.
How can I cancel my subscription?
There is a highly complex set of riddles and brain teasers you must complete in a set time limit in order to do this.
JUST KIDDING. Go to the Subscribe Today link and look at the bottom of the page. The link will be found there. Please realize that your current subscription term will remain until it runs out. What you are really doing is cancelling any further monthly or annual renewals.
